Our Promise
We stand behind every bottle of Pineapple Hail. If you're not completely satisfied with the cleaning results, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your name and order details
- A brief description of the issue
- Whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement
We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
Retail Customers
For individual orders placed through our website, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. Opened products that didn't meet your expectations are also eligible — we'd rather make it right than have an unhappy customer.
Wholesale Customers
For wholesale and bulk orders, please contact us to discuss returns on a case-by-case basis. Defective or damaged products will always be replaced at no cost. Large wholesale returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrived damaged or you received a defective product, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no charge. If possible, include a photo of the damage so we can improve our packaging.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we've confirmed your return.
