Pineapple Hail sells glass cleaning products and accessories. Our products are intended for use on glass, pyrex, and ceramic pieces. Always follow the usage instructions provided with each product. Pineapple Hail is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, including use on materials not specified in our product descriptions.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are subject to product availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing is available for qualifying businesses. Minimum order quantities apply. Wholesale terms (including consignment and net payment terms) are agreed upon separately and may vary by customer. Wholesale pricing is not available for individual retail purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer local delivery in the Fort Wayne, IN area and shipping across the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
